At Adox Foods, we are committed to delivering quality foodstuff to every student. If something goes wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if: you received the wrong item, the item delivered was damaged or expired, or your order was confirmed and paid for but never delivered within 3 hours with no communication from our team.
Refunds will not be issued if you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind after payment, or provided an incorrect delivery location. All sales are final once items have been correctly delivered.
Contact us on WhatsApp at +234 904 924 5452 within 1 hour of receiving your order. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We will respond within 30 minutes during business hours.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your bank account within 24 hours, or you may choose to receive a store credit for your next order.
